CPR full/in-person training covers the proper techniques for performing CPR on adults and children. It includes step-by-step instructions on how to check for responsiveness, call for help, perform chest compressions, and give rescue breaths. The training also includes an overview of how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) on a person experiencing cardiac arrest. Participants will gain hands-on practice during the training to ensure they are prepared to deliver effective CPR in real-life situations.
